RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

Exchange Window

 

You can request a size or product exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Items

To qualify for an exchange or return, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached

  • Accompanied by clear product and tag photos during the request process

All requests are subject to verification and approval.​

Size Exchange

Need a different size? We've got you covered.

  • Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • A ₹99 exchange processing fee applies per order.

 

If Your Requested Size Is Unavailable

 

You will receive store credit equal to the product value.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.​

Exchange for a Different Product

 

Want a different style instead?

  • Product exchanges are subject to availability.

  • A ₹99 exchange processing fee applies per order.

 

Price Difference

  • If the new item costs more, simply pay the difference.

  • If the new item costs less, the balance will be issued as store credit.​​

Returns

Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Store Credit Only

Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

  • No refunds to bank accounts, cards, UPI, or wallets.

  • Store credit remains valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Return Fee

A flat ₹99 return processing fee applies per order.

Pickup & Shipping

Reverse Pickup Available

We offer reverse pickup in most serviceable locations.

If Reverse Pickup Is Not Available

You may self-ship the product to us.

We will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹200 upon submission of a valid courier receipt.

Partial Returns & Exchanges

For orders containing multiple items:

  • Individual items can be returned or exchanged.

  • Processing fees apply once per order, not per item.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share:

  • Product photos

  • Packaging photos

  • Shipping label photos

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Final sale / clearance items

  • Innerwear

  • Swimwear

  • Beauty & personal care products
