Shipping Policy

 

At Aurovi, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

1. General Terms

All orders are subject to product availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional stock discrepancies may occur. In such cases, available items will be shipped immediately, and any remaining items will be dispatched once they are back in stock.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to an additional handling charge of ₹99.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days from the date of purchase. Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday, excluding national and public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on the delivery location. Delivery times may vary for remote or less accessible areas.

Shipping Address Changes

To ensure timely processing, shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order has been placed. Please verify your details carefully before completing your purchase.

Out-of-Stock Items

If part of your order is unavailable at the time of dispatch, available products will be shipped first. Remaining items will be sent separately once they become available.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not been dispatched or delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will investigate the delay and provide an appropriate resolution.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via your registered email address. Tracking details may also be available within your account order history.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to be updated by the courier partner.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact our customer support team immediately with relevant details.

Missing After Delivery

If a package is marked as delivered but was not received by you, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the matter with the courier partner.

Lost in Transit

If your shipment is believed to be lost during transit, our team will initiate an investigation with the courier partner. Once the investigation is completed, a replacement or refund will be processed, where applicable.

6. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Customers may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further assistance after delivery.

7. Delivered Status but Package Not Received

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery status update. Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
