Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days of purchase. Once dispatched, delivery is generally completed within 4–5 business days. Please note that actual delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the serviceability of your area.
For order cancellation, please reach us via our support from your Contact Page. Kindly note, orders can only be cancelled if they are not shipped.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure your details are correct before completing your purchase.
Please note you can only cancel your order till it hasn’t been dispatched by us. Refund for Debit card/Credit Card, UPI and Netbanking orders will be processed within 7-14 banking days.
If your order is marked as Delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the delivery status update. This allows us to promptly investigate the issue with our courier partner.
Requests raised after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for investigation, and the order will be considered successfully delivered based on the courier partner's delivery confirmation.
Yes. You may request a product exchange within 7 days of delivery. If the new product costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference at CHECKOUT. If it costs less, the balance will be issued as store credit. A ₹99 exchange handling fee applies.
